My stay at the hotel was really convenient for me - the staff helped me bring in my bikes easily coming from the nearby parking lot. The location was central to everything in Vero, and the staff was super helpful. Plus, they had the most perfect oranges for the free breakfast! However, the only downside was that our room was far from the office, and we had to get new room keys at night.

The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. I felt like they had invested a lot in remodeling and upkeep, showing pride of ownership. However, there was a small incident where a staff member used the toilet plunger in a public area during breakfast, which was a bit off-putting.

The location was very good for us - it was easy to get to the west side to visit family and friends, and also convenient to reach the east side for our friends in Vero Isles, the beach, and good places to eat. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were convenient for storing our bikes from the adjacent lot, and the staff was incredibly helpful. It was also great that we got to enjoy perfect oranges during our free breakfast. However, the downside was that the room was infested with fleas, which was quite off-putting. But at least we had direct access to the swimming pool, which was a nice feature.

I have to say, the staff was exceptional - very helpful and had great personalities. They even accommodated a room change we needed. However, there were some concerning issues with cleanliness – the smell of smoke and overall uncleanliness were a letdown. Also, the activity in the parking lot, such as regular knocking on my door despite the 'do not disturb' sign, was bothersome.
